However, their client was struggling to keep track of several deals using cumbersome spreadsheets, emails, and siloed systems that was slowing them down. That is why ARC created a Deal Tracking Software for their client, a comprehensive and user-friendly tool that can assist C-level executives and investors in managing, tracking, and closing real estate deals more efficiently and effectively.

Client’s Goals and ARC’s Solution:

ARC’s client was trying to manage complex real estate deals juggling multiple systems, duplicate updates, and constant time-consuming follow-ups. They wanted a solution to simplify their entire deal lifecycle, so that they can focus on strategic investment decisions, not sorting through spreadsheets. ARC was able to assist by creating a Deal Tracking Software that brought together the features of SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Azure. With this, they were able to support their client by bringing organization, visibility, and automation into their dated deal management process. 

With interactive dashboards that visualize deal status, performance metrics, market segmentation, and other relevant information, the client was able to view their deal flow in real-time and facilitate quick, informed decision-making without toggling back and forth between various tools. They were also able to begin each transaction with more speed and accuracy, through a user-friendly deal form with straightforward data entry and editing options for critical information such as deal names, ID numbers, regions, and markets. Additionally, they embedded mandatory fields to assist in ensuring consistency in all of their submissions. The client also wanted access to better deal data, so the ARC team integrated on-demand reports powered by Stimulsoft API so they could download the summaries, comparisons, projections, and forecasts in PDF and Word formats for investor meetings or internal analysis. Security was also a top priority for the client, which is why ARC ensured their data was protected through Microsoft-integrated security and role-based access controls. 

Results & Summary:

ARC successfully implemented their Deal Tracking Software for their client which included simple-to-use dashboards, real time status updates, a centralized document storage, and customizable filtering.
