• Mission-Critical, full 24/7/365 coverage with continuous monitoring and rapid escalation: P1 within 15 minutes, P2 within 1 hour, P3 within 4 hours. Best for revenue-generating and customer-facing workloads.

Every tier is governed by a written SLA with tracked response and resolution targets, reported transparently so you can verify we are meeting them.

We transition you into managed services without disruption. We begin with a discovery and Well-Architected assessment of your current environment, security posture, cost profile, backup/DR readiness, and operational gaps. We deliver a findings report with prioritized remediation and quick wins, often immediate cost savings and security improvements. We then formalize the SLA tier, runbooks, escalation paths, and reporting cadence, and establish monitoring and access. From there we move into steady-state operations: proactive monitoring, regular optimization and security reviews, monthly reporting, and a recurring business review where we look ahead, not just back.
